We believe emotional healing is absolutely possible, dialectics are central, and collaboration is necessary, beneficial, and fruitful.
Dr. Pam Barnes-Palty
Dr. Barnes-Palty is confident that people have a great capacity for growth and change. She creates a space where people can feel safe and cared for while exploring their life experiences. Therapy is designed to address the concerns of the whole person, considering the mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and cultural qualities that make each person and family unique. Through the exploration of thoughts and feelings, the discovery of personal strengths, and learning new life skills, people can heal and create lives with more joy, happiness, and purpose.
