About Lindsey Feldman, LCSW

Lindsey Feldman is a licensed clinical social worker with roughly 10 years of experience in various mental health settings practicing evidenced based treatments.  She received her master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Chicago. She is independently licensed to practice in Arizona and Illinois. 

Lindsey has worked with military veterans within the Department of Veteran’s Affairs for the past 8 years addressing the needs of seriously mentally ill veterans. She provides individual therapy, group therapy, and couples therapy interventions. She has earned provider status from the Department of Veteran’s Affairs in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Depression, Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy, and Social Skills Training.  She is credentialed to provide The Gottman Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work couples workshop. In addition to clinical work, she has experience in program administration overseeing an intensive outpatient mental health program. She has worked in a University setting providing outpatient therapy services to students. She has previously worked in the Chicagoland area on an assertive community treatment team (ACT) for an outpatient community mental health center. 


Professional Interests & Specialties: military populations, grief and loss, adjustment disorders, life transitions and adjustment, stress management, self-esteem development, depressive and anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma resolution, interpersonal problems, academic issues, motivational interviewing. Theoretical Orientation: Integrative: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal, Strengths-based, and mindfulness.
